Not loving your purchase? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Return Requirements

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• All original packaging included

• Proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@amelienyc.com with:

• Order number

• Product(s) to return

• Reason for return

2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions

3. Once approved, we’ll email a prepaid shipping label

4. Securely package the item and drop it off

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 48 hours

• Refunds issued within 3–5 business days after approval

• Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days

• You’ll receive an email once your refund is processed

Refund Includes

• Full product price

• Return & original shipping (if the error was on our end)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery

• Include order number, photos, and a brief description

• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund immediately

• Opened products

• Custom/personalized items

International Returns

• Customs duties & taxes are non-refundable
