We proudly ship worldwide with a few exceptions.
Processing & Delivery Times
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• High volume periods: up to 5 business days
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships
Estimated Delivery Times
• USA & Canada: 4–12 business days
• Europe & UK: 4–12 business days
• Australia, NZ & Oceania: 4–12 business days
• Latin America: 9–26 business days
• All Other Countries: 8–19 business days

• You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships
• Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking info to activate

To ensure timely and affordable shipping, we may fulfill your order from different warehouses depending on your location.
Customs & Import Duties
• Some international shipments may incur duties or taxes upon arrival
• These fees are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping Address Accuracy
• Ensure all address info is correct before placing your order
• We cannot make address changes post-purchase
• If we make an error, we’ll send a replacement free of charge
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 20+ days
• Contact support@amelienyc.com within 30 days of expected delivery for support
• If marked as “Delivered” but not received:
• Check your mailbox, front door, and with neighbors
• Wait 1–2 business days
• File a claim with your local carrier
• Then contact us with claim details
