Worldwide Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship worldwide with a few exceptions.

Processing & Delivery Times

 Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

 Processing time: 1–2 business days

 High volume periods: up to 5 business days

 You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships

Estimated Delivery Times

 USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

 Europe & UK: 4–12 business days

 Australia, NZ & Oceania: 4–12 business days

 Latin America: 9–26 business days

 All Other Countries: 8–19 business days

 You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships

 Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking info to activate

Customs & Import Duties

 Some international shipments may incur duties or taxes upon arrival

Shipping Address Accuracy

 We cannot make address changes post-purchase

 If we make an error, we’ll send a replacement free of charge

Lost or Stolen Packages

 Considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 20+ days

 Contact support@amelienyc.com within 30 days of expected delivery for support

 If marked as “Delivered” but not received:

 Check your mailbox, front door, and with neighbors

 Wait 1–2 business days

 File a claim with your local carrier

 Then contact us with claim details
